It’s been many a moon since talk radio shock jock Hugh “Ralphie” Hewitt has graced the North Star state with his presence. Apparently the statute of limitations on the various restraining orders issued by the Department of Natural Resources have now expired and Hugh has been granted a temporary visa to return to Minnesota for a special appearance.
