In case you were wondering, the housing market is still "soft." Softer than a baby's bottom. Softer than a cloud. Softer than extra fluffy, ultra-Angel Soft toilet paper. Softer than the Gophers passing defense. Yes, that soft.
And yes, my wife and I are "motivated" sellers. Motivated by a deep desire to end the waiting game of open houses and showings (however infrequent) and get on with the moving.
Sigh. Make one pine for the good ol' days of predatory lenders, sub-prime borrowers, and Ninja loans.
