What's up with HH and you guys? You all give him a nice quote on his home page (and a plug for his new tome) and HE "disses" your chances of ever winning a Blog Award on his site yesterday...... I'm beginning to suspect more than a bit of professional jealousy on someone's part here. .....I enjoy your website...... please keep up the good (and highly entertaining) running commentary.
Unfortunatley Doug, the envy extends beyond the professional to the personal as well. Hugh has long been jealous of our youth, good looks, humor, and hand-eye coordination (all of us can walk and chew gum at the same time-even Atomizer). When you throw better hair into the mix, you've got a perfect green-eyed monster storm of jealousy.
Hugh secretly clings to the dream of someday being accepted as the Fifth Frater, but knows that, just as in the days of his lonely, socially awkward childhood and adolescence, his uber-geekiness is an insurmountable barrier to ever being allowed to hang with the cool kids. It's kind of sad really.
