It may seem to be a little bit out of season, but is there really any season for poking fun at Mark Dayton? Craig Westover certainly doesn't think so and, with a little help from Mr. Dickens, he give us the "real reason" Mark Dayton decided not to run for reelection to the U.S. Senate.
