Our Befuddled Senator

Now that the rest of the country has finally gotten a chance to see the soaring intellect of Senator Mark Dayton on display in his exchange with Rumsfeld and Meyers, it seems like a good time to share some of our past thoughts on the inarticulate, incoherent Dayton.
