Good News In Detroit

There is some positive news coming out of the Detroit public schools teacher's strike--the kids aren't in school.

Normally, children not being taught is considered a bad thing. But considering the status of the public schools in general as a haven of secular humanism, multicultural nonsense and violence (not to mention the actual teaching) and the Detroit public schools in particular as one of the worst of the worst, how can keeping kids out of this ridiculous system be anything other than a net positive?

So we here at Fraters would like to raise a big frosty mug of Old Style to the Detroit Federation of Teachers who through their own greed and selfishness have given the students the best situation they could ever hope for.

Salud!
