Many of you probably haven't noticed, since the Congressional race in Minnesota's Third District hasn't attracted the attention that some of the other races have, but Wendy Wilde has a new theme. The key points of the Elect Mom program include:
1) Play fair
2) Do your homework
3) Clean up after yourself
4) Always do your best
5) Enough is enough
I understand the campaign plans to make a major announcement tomorrow about a new initiative calling on people to always wear clean underwear in case they're in a car accident.
It's interesting to see how quickly Wilde has transformed herself from angry, caterwauling urban radical to mild-mannered, suburban soccer mom. I guess three months in the 'burbs is enough to overhaul her image.
